"Odłamki Świtu" (Shards of Dawn) is run by one person. For everything, write to [E-MAIL KONTAKTOWY]: questions, bugs, complaints (Terms §10), requests about your personal data (Privacy Policy §8) and appeals against moderation decisions (Terms §9). A human answers, in Polish or in English.
The same address is the point of contact for the authorities of EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act).
We never ask for your password: neither in the chat nor by e-mail.
Reporting illegal content #
Anyone, including people without an account in the game, can report content they consider illegal or contrary to the Terms (Article 16 of the Digital Services Act):
- in the game: the "Report" option next to a chat message, a player and a guild. The report points to the content by itself, and you will see the decision in the game;
- by e-mail to [E-MAIL KONTAKTOWY], if you have no account or cannot report the content in the game.
In a report by e-mail, please give:
- why you consider the content illegal or contrary to the Terms;
- where it can be seen: the character's name, the channel (map, guild, whisper), the date and time, a quote or a screenshot;
- your name (or the name of your organisation) and e-mail address; these are not required when reporting content related to child sexual abuse;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in the report is accurate and complete.
How reports are handled and how to appeal a decision is set out in the Terms, §8 and §9.
